For the cancelled order that has already been dispatched, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer only and the actual product value will be refunded on receiving the product in original condition
International Orders

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Else only the product value gets refunded on receiving the product in original condition. Reverse shipping will be borne by the customer only
REFUND POLICY
For Domestic Orders, refund will be made to the provided customers account within 10 working days upon receiving the original product from the customer
